Tax Free Weekend!

It’s that time of year again, getting ready for back to school and Missouri’s TAX FREE WEEKEND. This Friday, August 3^rdthrough Sunday, August 5^th, the State of Missouri is having their annual tax free holiday. Our City, Maryland Heights is also participating FULLY for this event by agreeing to waive the local sales tax. Make sure you shop around and ask about whether or not a particular City is going to participate because they don’t have to. Then they charge you the 2% tax or 2.5% and don’t have to pay it to the State. Sounds pretty unfair to me. Look for more information this week as we get closer to Friday.
