When I talk to people about their computers, it just amazes me how difficult it seems to get quality service from local technicians. I hear stories about unreturned phone calls, late or rude technicians and techs not fixing the problem right the first time. Many computer users, including most small business owners are frustrated with the service they've received.
I understand perfectly. Whether you're a home user or a business owner, you just want your computers, network, printers and everything else to WORK!
That's why I started J & B Technologies. I thought it was about time someone finally got IT support right!
